Our Team Building and Effectiveness workshops are designed to show your organization how to build a winning team. We will provide you with the characteristics of a good team, as well as address your personal and organizational needs. 

The workshop will address organizational culture, work style, communication style, generational diversity and industry requirements, while discovering leaders at all levels. 

A foundational component of this workshop is an understanding of personality types through the use of either Extended Disc or the Myers Brigg Type Indicator. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator testing will allow you to understand individual personality types and how they interact, thus enabling you to create and develop strong dynamic working teams.
