Harassment Awareness / Investigations

Our Harassment Awareness workshop is designed to provide your employees with a clear understanding of appropriate workplace behavior. 

We work with our clients to help them understand such issues as welcome and unwelcome attention, guidelines for respectful behavior and the rules relating to workplace harassment. 

We will provide them with the rules they need to follow and the tools they need to use to be a quality and productive employee.

In addition to Harassment Investigation, we work with the company designates to train them in the ability to conduct Harassment Investigations. This workshop provides the senior team and or designated individuals with the investigative process and accompanying tools in addition to the opportunity to utilize role playing to further accentuate their understanding.
